Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ClipMagic, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Content Moderation Policy. You may not use the service if you are under 18 or barred from using it under applicable law.
2. Account Requirements
Users must provide a valid email address, confirm they are 18 or older, and keep account access secure. We may require additional verification for purchases, abuse prevention, or rights-sensitive workflows.
3. AI Video Service
ClipMagic provides AI-powered image-to-video, text-to-video, and reference-to-video tools. You are responsible for prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, and any use or distribution of those outputs.
4. Prohibited Content
You must not request, upload, generate, store, sell, or distribute sexual, exploitative, non-consensual, graphically violent, illegal, hateful, harassing, impersonating, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
We use automated and manual content moderation. We may reject prompts, block uploads, withhold generated media, refund credits for blocked requests, suspend accounts, preserve audit logs, and report unlawful activity where required.
6. Payments and Credits
Paid plans and credits are processed by our payment providers. Credits have no cash value and may be used only within ClipMagic. Requests blocked by moderation systems are not intentionally charged.
7. Rights
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, moderate, store, and improve the service, and you represent that you have all rights needed for uploaded media and prompts.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, payment disputes, fraud, attempts to bypass moderation, or risk to the service, users, payment providers, or card networks.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes must first be raised with support@clipmagic.ai so we can attempt informal resolution.
