Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
1. Digital Credits
ClipMagic sells digital access and credits for AI video generation. Credits are delivered immediately after successful payment and are generally non-refundable once used.
2. Moderation Blocks
If a prompt, upload, or generated output is blocked by our moderation systems before successful delivery, credits for that request are automatically released or returned where technically available.
3. Refund Window
You may contact support within 7 days of purchase for billing errors, duplicate charges, or material service failures. Used credits and successfully delivered generations are generally not refundable unless required by law.
4. Failed Delivery
If a generation fails because of a platform or provider error and no usable output is delivered, the related credits may be returned to your account automatically or after support review.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes, policy abuse, or repeated chargebacks may lead to account suspension, loss of access, and payment instrument blocking.
6. Abuse
Refunds may be denied for policy violations, attempts to bypass content moderation, fraud, account sharing, or repeated abusive disputes.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment processor within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
