Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited AI Content
You may not use ClipMagic to create or attempt to create pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, graphically violent, illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content.
2. Likeness and IP Rights
You may not upload or generate a real person's likeness, voice, name, or identity without the rights and consent required by law. Celebrity, public figure, politician, athlete, and actor likeness requests may be rejected automatically.
3. Prohibited Reference Media
Do not upload reference images, video, or audio containing sexual content, minors in unsafe contexts, non-consensual faces or voices, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, graphic violence, protected brands, copyrighted characters, copyrighted artwork, or private personal information.
4. Adult, Violent, and Exploitative Content
You may not create nudity, pornography, sexual services, fetish content, sexualized depictions of real people without consent, graphic injury, gore, torture, cruelty, or instructions for weapons misuse, self-harm, fraud, or illegal acts.
5. Prompt Evasion
You may not use coded language, misspellings, prompt injection, jailbreaks, metaphors, foreign-language mixing, reference images, chained edits, or repeated retries to bypass moderation controls.
6. Account Enforcement
Accounts that repeatedly trigger safety blocks or attempt evasion may be rate-limited, suspended, permanently banned, and blocked from future purchases.
7. Severe Violations
CSAM, credible threats, exploitation, and other illegal material may result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC, law enforcement, payment processors, or other authorities as legally required.
8. Non-Discrimination
You may not use ClipMagic to create content that unlawfully discriminates against, demeans, excludes, or harasses people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
